Wooden sash bars

Different types of wooden sash bars are used to optically divide larger panes of glass surfaces.

If larger wooden sash bars are required, then the double-glazed pane will be divided into several panes and the sash bar will divide the pane of glass into several pieces.

Sash bars separating the panes of glass

This type of sash bar is attached (glued) to the pane of glass with adhesive tape. Double glazed pane is continuous with a warm Termix or aluminium glazing strip on the inside, along the sash bar, as applicable (see picture). Due to this fact, the back of the wooden sash bar (the one against the glass) is not visible.

This variant is economical due to continuous pane of glass, which is not divided into small panes.

Sash bars are available in widths of 32 and 52 mm.
